This is self explanatory but for some reason sometimes the game will crash. This makes it to where the kiln of the first flame becomes one of the things that can be in a fogwall. But note you dont have to if you uncheck "require cinders of a lord".
The way you win is like normal, kill all lords of cinder. Getting stuck can happen alot and you may need to darksign out (which removes all of your souls.) so spend as much money as you can before heading off to find whatever you're looking for. Use as many souls as you can before leaving firelink shrine. Midirs room and the pit of hollows are examples of this. Certain rooms dont have fogwalls at all and you either need to homeward bone or darksign out of there. (EX: You go through the left one, its Yhorm, you go through the right one, its midir.) Strangely the 3 fogwalls of firelink shrine does not function this way. certain fog walls like the one near the beginning of the cathedral of the deep have 2 fog walls with different outcomes. Yhorm seems to be the exception to this for some reason. And in my 2nd I could get to Abyss watchers and Twin Princes from the dragon slayer room. In my first playthrough I could get to aldritch, twin princes, and abyss watchers from Wolniors room. Lords of cinder tend to be in the same room. It should be noted from my experience that the nameless kings warp does work as it should, but that could be dumb luck. (EX: You kill the ancient wyvern, instead of going to the dragon kin mausoleum you go to the twin princes) And you can use said warp at any time just in case its somewhere you actually need to go. Bosses that warp you to somewhere else can take you somewhere other than where they're supposed to.
